A gold ingot is a solid piece of gold, shaped into a specific weight and size. Sabika allows you to buy and sell gold ingots in various standardized weights.
5. How much gold can I buy?
You can buy gold in the following ingot weights: 1g, 2.5g, 5g, 10g, 20g, 31.10g, 50g, 100g, and 116.65g.
6. Can I sell my gold ingots at any time?
Yes, you can sell your gold ingots at any time, subject to market conditions.
7. How do I sell my gold ingots?
To sell your gold ingots, navigate to your "Portfolio," select the ingot weight you want to sell, and confirm the transaction.
8. Are there any fees associated with buying gold?
Yes there is manufacturing fees one time at purchasing along with the associated VAT plus monthly storage fees per gram.
9. How do I create a Sabika account?
To create a Sabika account, you need to provide your personal information, including your name, phone number, and email address. You will also need to complete the KYC verification process.
10. How do I secure my Sabika account?
We recommend using a strong password. You should also avoid sharing your account details with anyone.
11. What happens if I forget my password?
You can reset your password by following the password recovery instructions on the app.
12. Where is the gold stored?
The gold is stored with our storage partner Egycash, one of the Central Bank of Egypt Companies.
13. Can I request physical delivery of my gold?
Yes, you can physically receive your gold ingots if you have purchased a minimum of 5 grams ingot or more.
